Anything will help
The truth about the RE Principle book is just too much information to take - you can study all you want, but it dosen't get you to the right test taking mode. Of course there are so many exam books like Hubert's How to Pass the California Real Estate Exam, speaking from experience, nothing is like what you gonna get from this exam prep site: click here and you will thank me for it! This carealestateexams.com really knows the tests - it worth every penny of it! I did pass at my first try of salesperson exam :D Hooray!

DRE back log
Real Estate Classes and State Exam seem to be the gateway to put your foot in, but do not under estimate the power of DRE application process-it will just ruin your momentum! After you've collected your three real estate course certificates, your application form for salesperson exam RE 400A, your proof of legal presence RE 205, and your most important form RE 909 for credit card transaction; you are looking at 4-6 weeks of back log-check the current processing time. What that mean is all the material you study and memorized just went to the back of your head-reserve-that is. You can only schedule your exam date once your application is approved by DRE. So, remember to submit your application ASAP, and start digging from your memory a week before you scheduled test day. Good luck!

Look out, Examinees!
Taking the California DRE state licensing exam is all about strategy, strategy, strategy. And, Mr. Paul is a man full of strategy! Should you check out all the requirements to become an Examinee when your curiosity hits; but geee, all the testing material just happen to be in the RE Principle class!
Real Estate Courses
To get my feet wet a little, I need to take the three courses: Real Estate Principle, Finance, and Practice; before I can submit my application to take the exam. Thank goodness for free classes, and the wonderful teacher Mr. Paul Liu.

Really?! Real Estate
I guess I cannot live off EDD forever.
And, I came across the F-R-E-E, (Did I mention that it's free?) real estate class in Rio Hondo Community College. Oh, what the heck! I should give it a try, or, at least, showed that I am trying! Free classes, here I come :)
